Meet Your Coaches

Nick JD
Nick has over 20 years of experience, getting clients reaching their full potential, through his coaching and mentoring.
He spent 10 of those years working with the British Military and was instrumental in fostering change, evolving policy and changing mindsets at all levels of the military hierarchy; from troops on the ground to senior officers. Nick has the ability to cultivate change through reframing situations that enable you to reach your full potential.

Ryan S
Ryan has a Sport & Exercise Science Degree, and 6 years experience working on the gym floor in the UK and Australia. This means every Lean6 client benefits from his wealth of experience and the latest developments in Sports Science.
Ryan’s unrelenting work ethic flows into his chosen sport of sprinting. His attitude of giving it everything and his consistency in training is infectious. He raises the bar for those around him, encouraging everyone to excel.
