Beat The Bulge This Christmas
Gaining weight is like losing 2-4 minutes of sunlight each day. Rarely do we realise it’s getting dark until it’s happened. The same can be said with our weight.
People think -
"I'll worry about it later"
In some cases that's fine. Everyone deserves a break. But for most? Like the dark nights that come around fast, so does the belly and it's harder to lose.
Old clothes no longer fit, the moobs stand firm and the mirror isn't as flattering as it once was.
Around this time a lot of people tend to wait until January to get fit and healthy
That’s cool. But a better option is to keep up with it now. We get it. It's Christmas. Working out, eating clean, or tracking calories isn't high on people’s priorities.
But doing a 20-minute workout 3 days a week is better than nothing. We promise you'll feel better.
Picture this:
It's the first week of January. You've enjoyed mince pies, beer, and a healthy slab of turkey without gaining weight. You don't have to worry about killing yourself in the gym to burn it all off. You can lift the same - if not heavier - weights as before. And as you walk past the mirror you're not carrying a Christmas belly.
This is possible when you stay as active as possible during the Christmas period.

Jumping Lunge
Jumping Jack
Press Up
Burpee
Shoulder Taps
Do 10 reps of each. 30-60 seconds rest between each set. This is 1 circuit. Complete 1-10 circuits. Enjoy :)
