On National Fitness Day why not start one thing that is going to help your health and fitness. One small change that you can make every day. It’s amazing how those small changes deliver big results over time. Why not:

  • Go out for a bit longer with the dog on your morning constitutional.

  • Take the stairs rather than the lift at work.

  • Get out for a walk with the family (Boris permitting).

  • Make 10,000 steps or more a day the norm.
